1. Zero-Storage Data Processing
At Zenovort, our architecture is built on the principle of transient processing. All file conversions are performed server-side in volatile memory (RAM).
- We do not store, preview, or create backups of your files.
- Your data is never written to a physical hard drive during the conversion process.
- Once the conversion is complete or your connection is terminated, all data is instantly and permanently purged from our RAM.
2. Advertising & Third-Party Cookies
To keep our high-performance tools free, we use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing history. We do not have access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers.
3. Information Collection
We do not require account registration or personal identity information. However, we may log non-identifying technical data to improve our conversion engines:
- Anonymized IP addresses (for rate limiting and DDoS protection).
- Browser type, operating system, and device category.
- Performance metrics (e.g., time taken for conversion, file size, and extension types).
4. End-to-End Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS). This ensures that your files remain private during the upload and download phases of the conversion process.
5. Compliance & Contact
Zenovort strives to comply with global data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Since we do not store personal data or files, we do not have data to "sell" or "share."
